Welcome to Space Repeat ("the Service"), available at www.spacerepeat.com.

Space Repeat is an independently operated web application.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service.

By accessing or using Space Repeat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is available only to users aged 16 years or older.

By using Space Repeat, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old
• The information you provide is accurate
• You are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction

To use Space Repeat, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google login

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may create flashcards and decks. Users retain ownership of the content they create.

By using the Service, you grant Space Repeat a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Users may not:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Use the Service for spam
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, design, branding, and logo — are owned by the operator of Space Repeat.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Accounts may be suspended or deleted if:

• These Terms are violated
• Illegal activity is detected
• The account has been inactive for 12 months or more

We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from account termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Data preservation

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Repeat shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of productivity
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
